Gene Function and Therapies Staff

 Christopher Day

Bachelor of Biomedical Science, Bachelor of Health Science (Hons) in Molecular Biology at Griffith University Final year PhD Student in Nigel Morrisons Laboratory investigating various aspects of Osteoclast Biology both in the mouse and human models. In particular, he is focusing on the role of transcription factor N-FAT and the effects of manipulating the N-FAT and other transcription factor pathways in both osteoclast models. The aim of this research is to associate transcription factors to early, middle and late time points of osteoclast development and to understand which developmental aspects are affected by which transcription factors, and whether they are consistent between the models.
